Refund Policy

At VEDA AYURVEDA WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED, we value our customers and strive to provide a transparent refund process. Please read below for details on cancellations and refund eligibility.

1. Cancellations

You can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placement or before the product has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

• Orders successfully cancelled prior to dispatch.
• Products that are out of stock or cannot be fulfilled.
• Approved returns for damaged, defective, leaking, or wrong products received, as detailed in our Return Policy.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

All approved refunds are processed and credited back to the customer's original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5-7 business days.

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be credited directly to your bank account or UPI ID provided by you, within 5-7 business days.
