Return Policy

At VEDA AYURVEDA WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a simple return and replacement policy for our customers.

1. Return Window

We accept return and replacement requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for returns or replacements if:

• The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective.
• The wrong item has been delivered to you.
• The package has expired or has a broken seal upon arrival.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

• Email us at vedaayurveda6100@gmail.com or contact us at +91 87967 74161.
• Please provide your Order ID, billing invoice, and photos/videos of the product showing the damage or issue.
• Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

4. Shipping & Logistics for Returns

Upon approval of your request:

• We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no additional cost.
• In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable in your pincode, we will ask you to self-ship the product to our warehouse, and we will reimburse you for the shipping charges up to a maximum of ₹100 upon verification of the courier receipt.

5. Refunds & Refund Timeline

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.

All approved refunds are credited back to the customer's original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be credited to the bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer within 5-7 business days.
