4. Pricing, Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)

All prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments processed through our certified payment gateway partners (including PhonePe Payment Gateway). You can pay using Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), and major digital wallets. All transaction totals are displayed during the checkout process before payment is executed.

Taxes & GST: All prices listed for products on the site are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). No additional hidden charges or taxes are applied to your order total at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenience for select delivery locations. To protect against invalid orders and ensure delivery logistics commitment, a compulsory advance deposit of ₹99 must be paid online during the checkout process. The remaining cash balance of the order total will be collected by the shipping delivery agent at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious/fraudulent transactional activity.

5. Shipping & Return Policies

All shipments and returns are handled in accordance with our dedicated policies:

• Shipping Policy: Standard shipping is free for all orders of ₹499 and above; orders below ₹499 incur a flat fee of ₹50. Order cut-off time is 2:00 PM IST (GMT+05:30) Monday to Saturday, with a processing/handling time of 1-2 business days and a transit/delivery time of 3-10 business days. • Return & Refund Policy: Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items may be reported for replacement or return within 7 days of delivery. For detailed instructions on eligibility and timelines, please view our Return & Replacement Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
