1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations

We currently deliver to customers across India. We only ship within India and do not offer international shipping at this time. We partner with leading logistics and courier service providers (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, ExpressBees, and DTDC) to ensure your Ayurvedic formulations are delivered securely and promptly.

2. Order Cut-Off, Processing & Handling Time

We understand you are eager to receive your remedies. Please note our processing timelines:

• Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM IST (GMT+05:30), Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays/national holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• Order Handling/Processing Time: All orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday) of receiving successful payment or cash-on-delivery (COD) confirmation.

3. Estimated Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, the transit time varies depending on your location. Our courier partners operate delivery services from Monday to Saturday. Estimated transit times are as follows:

• Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru): 3-5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Total Delivery Time: The total time from order placement to delivery ranges from 4 to 12 business days (comprising 1-2 business days handling time + 3-10 business days transit time). Please note that transit timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or operational delays on the side of courier partners.

4. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We offer transparent shipping fees based on order value:

• Orders of ₹499 and above: Free Standard Shipping across India.
• Orders below ₹499: A flat standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.
• Taxes & GST: All product prices and shipping charges displayed on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). No additional taxes, packaging fees, or hidden charges are added at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms: We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible pincodes across India. To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure delivery commitment, a compulsory advance security deposit of ₹99 is required to be paid online at the time of checkout. The remaining balance of your order total will be collected in cash by the courier delivery agent upon physical delivery of your package.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link and shipment details via SMS, WhatsApp, and email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

VEDA AYURVEDA WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to helping you track your parcel, but we cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by courier services, incorrect customer information, or events beyond our control.

If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect delivery address or repeatedly failed delivery attempts by the courier company, re-shipping charges of ₹50 may apply to deliver it again.

7. Package Damage & Shortages

Please inspect the outer package box upon delivery. If the packaging is heavily damaged or open, do not accept the package and notify us immediately. Any shortage or damage to products inside must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with proper proof (such as unboxing video or photos) at vedaayurveda6100@gmail.com.
